Service Description

A 1-2-1 reformer class designed with your needs and goals in mind. Everything from additional strength and conditioning for fit and healthy individuals to mobility and rehabilitaion work for those who may be returning to exercise or just prefer the personal touch!

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours in advance. Any classes paid for and not cancelled within that time will not be refunded or changed without charge unless there is anoher booking or a waiting list to be able to fill that time.
