The chair also provides strengthenning exercises with use of springs and a pedal making the exercise easier or harder. The chair can be used to provide a variety of exercises in different positions of the body. The half n half class combines 30 mins or the reformer and chair.
Barre Classes - 45 mins £10
A combination of ballett barre exercises and traditional strength and conditioning exercises. Barre is a total body workout with a big focus on the lower body and core. The combination will help to scult a well toned body that is long, strong and lean! No previous ballet experience is required.
Pilates performed on the mat with the 6 principles applied. Modifications for all levels helping to re balance, realign, mobilise joints, increase flexibility and strengthen the muscles.
Mat based Pilates 1 hour £10
Power - 45 mins £10
This is a weights based class which will be fantastic for increasing your strength. The 45 min class will consist of the use of dumbell's, kettlebells, medicine balls and slam balls. This will help to increase metabolism, keep your lean muscle mass high and prevent the signs of osteoporosis, a must have for all!
